Business stationery and company print.
Your company on paper. In the best sense.
Business cards, letterheads, envelopes and folders are often the first things your customers and partners hold in their hands. We design them based on your logo and brand book rules, choose the paper and finish, and oversee the printing when needed.
01Approach
How we design great stationery
Stationery covers the printed items clients actually hold: business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders, forms and vouchers. Before anything goes to print, your team approves the design, the paper and the finish.
-
Built on the brand system
We design them from the logo and the rules in the brandbook, so every printed item looks like your company straight away.
-
The whole set at once
Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders and the email signature are designed together, so their formats, colours and layouts match.
-
For everyday work
We think about who will use them and how. The letterhead also comes as a Word file and, when needed, in a version for the office printer.
-
The right paper
We choose the paper, its weight and the finish to suit the budget and the way the brand should come across. Sometimes good paper is enough; sometimes the brand needs embossing or hot foil stamping.
-
Print-ready files
The printer gets files with bleed and a technical brief: format, paper, colours and finish.
-
We oversee printing
We can manage the printing for you, which means choosing the printer, checking the proof and making sure that what arrives matches the design.

Details you can feel
A business card that feels right in the hand can say more about a company than many a presentation. How much it says depends on the paper, the finish and whether what arrives from the printer matches the design.
-
Intima Clinic
One group, five institutes, over 60 business cards. Each card carries the colour of its owner's institute. The team fills in letterheads and consent forms in Word.
-
PolTREG
Spot varnish on the pattern. On the back of the business card, circles from the brand symbol form the letter P, and spot varnish sets them apart from the rest of the card.
-
irtech
A folder that finally matches the rest. The old folder had a large logo and a red flap. The new one is black, with the plus sign from the logo and the brand line, like the rest of the stationery.
-
Design Optyk
The first batch went back to the printer. We corrected the QR code plaques after the first print run. Each of the seven stores has its own review code on them.
05What you get
A set the printer understands without a phone call
You get a complete set that any printer and anyone on your team can work with. The letterhead also comes as a Word template, so it can be used from day one.
-
A full set of company stationery
We design the full set, including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, presentation folders, notepads and badges, in other words everything a company hands to someone.
-
Production-ready files
Files prepared to printing standards, with bleed and a technical brief. Any printer can read from them what to print, on what and in which colours.
-
Help with printing
We advise on paper and finishes so the result is as good as it can be and the printer's bill doesn't surprise anyone.
