Approach
Business first. Design second.
We're the only agency that understands business and connects it with design. Every project starts with analysis: how the company makes money, where it loses time and who it competes with. From there we run it in stages, in a predictable, transparent process.
See our values01Order of things
Every decision has a business goal behind it
We build on solid analysis and real goals. Before we design anything, we look at the market and the competition, and we approach the company's problems broadly and with an open mind. We look for solutions that remove them and strengthen the brand along the way.
We show trends, but the style follows how you want to be seen. We can justify every design decision.
-
Wrong reason: Because we like it.Right reason: Because your customers will find what they're looking for faster. -
Wrong reason: Because it looks good in our portfolio.Right reason: Because a sales rep can prepare a proposal alone, without queuing for a designer. -
Wrong reason: Because it's trendy right now.Right reason: Because the brand has to last for years, not one season.
The point is for your company to earn more and waste less time.
02Conversation
Most of our time goes into talking
Before the first sketch, we talk at length with the board, marketing and sales. In workshops we learn about your expectations, your industry and the company's whole environment: customers, competitors, regulations and the people who will use the project every day.
We move on to design only once we're sure we understand your needs and risks. That's how we protect a project before it starts costing money.
- Client „We need a new logo.”
- fluo „Happy to help. We'll design it together with a visual identity, so your team has materials to work with straight away.”
- Client „Good. Where do we start?”
- fluo „With a conversation. After it you'll get a plan: what we'll do, why and when.”
You always know what we're doing, why and when
Before the start you know how the work will go and what result to expect.
We work to a schedule, show progress as we go, and support you at every stage in building a brand that engages and attracts customers. We speak plainly, without agency jargon, and if something doesn't make sense, you'll hear it from us straight away.
Intima Clinic
The clinic was considering creating new brands. We advised against it, because each one would have to be run and maintained separately. Instead we proposed a single group: a parent brand and institutes under the shared Intima name.
See the project03Technology and design
Connecting worlds that rarely meet
The IT world asks whether it's secure, whether it will handle the traffic and who will maintain it. The design world asks whether it looks good and whether people will understand it without instructions.
Usually one of these worlds wins. The result is a website that looks beautiful but doesn't work and is easy to break into. Or one that works but nobody wants to use. We look after both at once.
- WCAG 2.0: text size and four contrast modes
- PL and EN versions
- A simple path to BEST Online
- A shared framework for six websites: logo, green, text styles and navigation
- Over 4,000 posts, reports and documents moved to the new website
Responsibility
We take care of it
Server
We'll buy a VPS or dedicated server on your behalf and manage it.
Suppliers
We take responsibility for the suppliers we work with on your project.
Security
We think about it from the first wireframe, not after the first break-in.
Let's talk about your brand.
Let's work out what you need and where it makes sense to start.
04Order
We organise everything that repeats. We keep what sets you apart
We think a few steps ahead, so we set up processes at the very start: who approves, which tools your team works in, and what repeats and can be done once and done well. Whatever is done systematically gets done faster.
Order doesn't mean looking like everyone else. We create it so there's room left for what sets you apart from your competitors.
We make templates in software your team already knows
If your team works in PowerPoint, we make the templates in PowerPoint. If it has to be InDesign, we do it in InDesign. We recommend Figma because it offers the most options, but we never make anyone switch tools.
Grupa Dawtona
For the marketing department we prepared post templates in Figma for three product lines. The group's designers use them on their own, every day.
See the project05Scale
Large projects, step by step
We work for companies with many brands, markets and departments. During design we check that the whole thing can carry that scale: whether there are enough components for such a large website, and enough graphic elements for every category and market. We work efficiently, because we don't start from scratch every time.
Let's start with a conversation.
Tell us how your company makes money and what's slowing it down today. We'll say straight away whether we can help and, if so, show you how we'd run the project.
