32 Nowa Stomatologia, Kraków
A clinic website that books smiles
We designed and built the website for a dental clinic in Kraków, then kept developing it together with the clinic: from booking at two practices to an English version, a new layout and a blog.

Starting point
A finished logo and a website nobody had finished
The Kraków clinic focuses on whole-patient care and complete treatment plans, technology that lets patients relax, modern equipment and a team of professionals who are also simply nice people.
The clinic had an old website at 32dentistry.pl and an unfinished new one started by another contractor. It came to us with a sitemap, brand guidelines and its own presentations on changing its communication.
The logo, the number 32 with the arc of a smile, predates our work with the clinic. We didn't redesign it, we brought it to life: a dot drops, stretches into a line, and the line curves into a smile. This movement opens the clinic's website and its social media materials.

Website design
Two strengths front and centre
At the start we agreed with the clinic that the website would rest on two pillars: pain-free treatment and smile design. Around them we built a service template that repeats 22 times: description, course of treatment, advice before and after the visit, price list and a contact form with the service already filled in.
Energetic colours, smiling patients and a simple structure that gets people to online booking quickly. The website builds the clinic's image and doubles as a tool for managing appointments.

A colour for every service
Each service got its own colour and a portrait of a smiling person cut out from the background.
-
A large phone number
Older patients would rather call than click, so contact has its own module with the number in large type.
-
Doctors closer to patients
Specialist profiles open in place, without going to another page.
-
The practice before the visit
The equipment and interiors of both practices in galleries, so patients know where they're going.
-
Light motion
The clinic asked for subtle animations. The most important is the arc of the smile that draws itself in the header.

Booking
Into the calendar in two clicks
The booking button sits in the header, next to every specialist and in the footer. On the home page, patients first choose what matters more to them, the location or a specific doctor.
The calendar of the practice on al. Pokoju opens, with free slots for all the doctors who see patients there.
The calendar of the practice on ul. Kołowa opens. It's a separate calendar, because each practice has its own schedule.
The link on the profile leads straight to that person's calendar, so patients see only their free slots.
Instead of a calendar, a short form opens and reception arranges the appointment. The clinic switches this itself in the panel, separately for each specialist.
-
At launch
Booking in the header, on the doctors' profiles and in the footer.
-
Two practices
The clinic moved to a booking app. We added two buttons, one for each practice, and the app's module on the home page.
-
Every doctor
Each specialist got their own page, and the clinic decides itself whether it leads to a calendar or a form.
-
Practice or doctor
A choice list, practice or doctor, that leads straight to the right calendar.
New layout
Eight in ten visits start on a phone
After a few years with the website, the clinic came back with a list of requests from its brand manager and a figure that set the priorities: about 80% of visits come from phones. We split the changes into two stages and tested them on a copy of the site before they reached patients.
- The menu hides when scrolling down and comes back as soon as you scroll up.
- Smile makeovers, the “before and after” results, moved into the main menu.
- Less motion: the text-reveal animation and the self-scrolling carousel of doctors are gone.
- A calmer palette: navy, red only for buttons, plus light blue and pink on a white background.
- A tidier footer, now with TikTok and YouTube.
Scale of our work
29 jobs for one clinic
The clinic's website didn't end at launch. We've done 29 jobs for it: four larger projects, namely the website, the English version, the new layout and booking with a blog, plus new modules, fixes and ongoing care. Each dot is one job.

A website that grows with the clinic
After the changes in the new layout, the clinic wrote to us that the website is clearer and more compact, and that both language versions are polished. It also liked the new team layout and the makeovers on desktop.
The next step is up to the clinic: it has announced it will publish regular posts on the blog we've just built for it.
