“Every offer and presentation goes through the designer.”
Your designer shouldn't be your sales bottleneck
In many companies it looks the same. The brandbook sits in a folder, and every presentation and offer waits in the queue for one designer. Or it doesn't wait and gets made however someone sees fit. First we tidy up what's there. Then we build templates and a library that everyone in marketing and sales can use.
01Situation
Sound familiar?
-
Every presentation and offer ends up in the designer's queue.
-
Sales reps copy old files, and each one looks slightly different.
-
The brandbook is a PDF nobody opens.
-
Branches and partners make their own materials, and the brand drifts apart.
02Risks
Where it usually goes wrong
-
Templates are made without talking to the people who'll use them. A month later, nobody opens them.
-
A template looks good with sample content and falls apart with the real thing.
-
Nobody is responsible for updates, so a year later three versions are in circulation.
03Process
How we run it
We run every project in the same order: business first, design second. How we work See the results of our work Our values
-
Talks with the teams: which materials get made most often, who makes them and in what.
-
System design: layouts, styles, a set of ready-made slides and content blocks.
-
Templates in the tools your team already uses: PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Google Slides, Canva or Figma. We recommend Figma because it's easy to learn and offers the most, but we don't force a change of tool, because that makes adoption harder.
-
Library: logos, photos, icons, charts, ready-made social media graphics.
-
Training and a manual, then ongoing care: updates and new modules.
Let's talk about your brand.
Let's work out what you need and where it makes sense to start.
04Result

Frequently asked questions
Which software do you work in?
Whatever your team already knows: PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Google Slides, Canva or Figma. If you're still choosing, we recommend Figma.
Will the templates hold up with our content?
Before handing them over, we test them on your real offers and presentations.

Other challenges
01A new brand, from the name to the first materials
“We're launching a new brand and want to get it right from the start.”
We often hear: “All we need to start is a logo.” A logo matters, but before it comes deciding who you're talking to, what you're called, how you look and what customers get after the first contact. We put it all together from the start, because fixing it once the company has grown costs far more.
See how we can help02A new logo is the smallest part of a rebrand
“We need a rebrand, but a new logo is just the beginning.”
Designing a new logo takes a few weeks. The real work starts afterwards: the website, offers, presentations, packaging, signage, trade fairs and documents in every department. If nobody plans it, the old brand lives alongside the new one for years. That's why we plan and run the rebrand to the end, rollout included.
See how we can help04A new website? First, let's check whether you need one
“Our website hasn't kept up with how the company works today.”
A website that can't keep up with the company has a cost: sales reps send PDFs, marketing waits for a developer and customers can't find the offer. But a new website isn't always the answer. First we check what really isn't working. Sometimes tidying up the content and structure is enough. If it needs building from scratch, we'll say so and explain why.
See how we can help05Who has access to your domain?
“We have several websites, hosting accounts and providers. Nobody has the full picture.”
Often nobody in the company can answer straight away. Websites, domains, mailboxes, analytics and logins have built up over the years, with different providers and in different people's names, often on private email addresses. It all works until something expires or someone breaks in. We take stock of everything and hand control of it back to the company.
See how we can help06A design in a PDF doesn't change anything yet
“We're looking for a partner who will see implementation through, not just hand over a design.”
The hardest work starts after the design is approved: development, printing, production, integrations and several suppliers who need to work together. This is often where clients are left alone with the files. We stay until the end and take responsibility for the result, suppliers included.
See how we can help07First we understand your product, then we design
“Our product is technical or regulated. It has to be understood first.”
Cell therapies, measuring equipment, liquid cooling, debt claims. When an agency doesn't understand this, it simplifies the message so much that your experts stop believing in their own communication. That's why we start with talks with experts, documentation and a visit to your site. We design the look once we understand the product.
